Updates from Quicken

Just got a slew of updates from @Quicken Sarah. Although the information is of interest, I can't figure out how to add a comment. Is that possible? I hope it is as that would make the updates more useful. For example, the update : "Bank of America - Getting OL 362 errors when trying to add accounts." I have found that the only way to reliably add accounts to BofA is to be logged into their website before adding accounts in Quicken. Is that information known by the community?

Hi @FlyerFran ,You can't comment on Alerts. The Alerts are Announcements, You can read all, of the Alerts, by clicking on Home right after Quicken at the top of the Page and scrolling down.Comments are reserved for the Moderators and employees of Quicken. Some Alerts will have comments, with the Comments done only from Quicken and their Moderators.
