quicken deluxe mac installation stuck

in Installing and Updating (Mac)
i can't get past the window:
are you upgrading from quicken 2001 or earlier?
a new quicken file will be created (shows old file)
upgrade to the new version of quicken using the data from this file
next----> (it's blue but) nothing happens when i click on it
