How do I get a receipt for my annual subscription

When I log in to My Account I can see a list of my subscription renewals but there are no receipts I can use for tax reporting. How can I get a receipt for each subscription renewal?

  You can use your credit card statement for a receipt for taxes.   You just need proof you paid it.

  I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
