How to get a credit union added - Oregon Community Credit Union

I use Oregon Community Credit Union, they were available for Mint but not Quicken. Turns out this is not an easy process if your primary checking account isn't accessible. How can I get them to get registered with Quicken?

    MyOCCU already supports the Express Web Connect connecting method for banking and credit accounts.
