Was working fine up until 2 days ago and now the account will not show the online balance. It only displays the Current Balance and Ending Balance.

    Please provide more details.

    What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx) are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release.  You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken Subscription version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
    What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
    Did the bank make changes to their website?
    What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    All have the latest patches, etc. up to date

    Bank is not admitting it made any changes

    I have tried resetting and even deactivating the online services while at the same time deleting the bank name and account number under the General Tab to try to get as clean as a reinstall of web services as possible. Still no go.

    Quicken will go through the update and complete like things are normal but will not download any of the new transactions.

    Also, the "on Line" Balanceis no longer at the bottom of the page. Only the Current Balance and Ending Balance.
