    If a public company such as Quicken cannot take criticism such that it can then take action and improve products or customer service, then it deserves to wither away. I never criticized any individual.

    According to your profile you're using Quicken 2017 which, in theory at least, should no longer be allowing you to download from any financial institutions.  So I'm wondering why you posted anything here, Rant/Disruptive or otherwise, since it seems like you don't have a dog in this fight.
