    I down load updates but when trying to install I get a message can't install update

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, what version are you currently on? What MacOS do you have? 

    To check the current version of Quicken select Quicken >About Quicken. 

    You can check the MacOS by selecting the Apple logo >About this Mac.

    Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.
