Deleting 2 lines in Manage Bills and Reminders

in Paying Bills, Online Billers & Reminders (Windows)
I have two lines that I cannot delete or edit
I have them on for two years and still have not figured out how to delete them
Quicken tells me they cannot delete.
There has to be a way
I do not remember how I originally entered it

    If you haven't already, select the reminder, press the Ctrl key, and select Delete at the top of the Window.
