How to get rid of "Processing Quick Pay" notice for an on-line biller.

I scheduled a Quick Pay payment for for biller, Florida Power & Light, to be paid on Dec 8, 2021. On the Bills & Income tab I'm receiving a notice: "Processing Quick Pay" with an option to "Cancel." I checked the biller web site, and the QP payment for December was received by the biller. How do I get rid of the "Processing Quick Pay" notice on the Bills & Income tab for this biller. Also when I check the payment status, it gives me the status of the previous (November) QP payment, not the current (December) one.

    Hi, @paton thank you for your question. In the bills tab, please go to the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. Then select Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers. I hope this resolves your issue!

    Only solution is to remove/add biller.

    I had his happen to me too - my solution was to delete the transaction from the register. This caused the Processing item to go away. I then added the transaction to the register manually.
