Unable to resolve reauthorizing CapitalOne Accounts for downloading transactions

The current troubleshooting procedure for errors in downloading transactions for CapitalOne accounts only creates new accounts. The reauthorizing process does not provide linking to existing accounts.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing these errors. Are you receiving the CC-901 or ccscrape.501 error, in specific?
