Report column headers do not align (Q Mac)

I've noticed that report column headers often don't align with their columns (see attached) and/or the headers are compacted and difficult to read.
Is this a setting I haven't discovered yet or a bug?

    I'm guessing you're using macOS Monterey? This problem with column alignment has been reported previously; you can see if the issues in this thread match what you are seeing. The issue has been entered as a bug; we don't know where it ranks on the developers' priority list and whether it will be fixed in the next release or somewhere farther in the future.
