Quicken Standard Reports - Net Worth & Balances section missing

I have multiple Quicken files. In all but one of them, in the Quicken Standard Reports list, I have a section titled "Net Worth & Balances" section. That last file simply does not have it. How can I get it back?

    Is it possible that the bad file was created using the Starter Edition of Quicken? Starter has some reporting limitations.

    Or maybe this is a problem that can be fixed with a File > Validate and Repair.

    I had already tried Validate and Repair. And no I've always owned Quicken Deluxe. I continued adding some new accounts and now the section is there. I should have kept watching it because I have no idea when it changed. Thanks for answering though!
