All previous transactions have disappeared.

I signed out and signed back in to try to fix the issue of the OSU not completing correctly as suggested on the forum. Once I signed back in, my accounts have balances, but none of my ledgers have any transactions in them. Do I need to restore? I had to do this recently because of other issues. Please help!!

    I decided to restore from my last backup. I have two accounts that won't connect, so I am trying to add them again. Once I put in my user name and password, it goes to the next screen and the action doesn't allow me to select anything. It just says "Don't add to Quicken." This is beyond frustrating.

    Have you deactivated those accounts before trying to add them back in?
    "Don't add to Quicken" is most posted when it sees that the online accounts are already connected to ones in your Quicken data file.

    I have persevered and finally gotten them to connect. I tried resetting, then changing a password and it finally worked. I am really over all these technical difficulties. Thanks for responding. Moving on.
