USAA download transaction counter

On the download status screen I continue to get a 'zero downloads' for all my USAA accounts, even though the register clearly shows new transactions were posted. I so not have this issue with my other financial institutions.

    Hello ataraxy1,

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this frustrating issue. Be sure to save a backup first, but have you tried deactivating and reconnecting your account? This would be achieved by selecting the account in the left-hand panel where you see the account list, then by going to the 'gear' icon and opening up the 'Settings' menu, then going to the 'Downloads' tab, and then selecting 'Disconnect Account.'

    You would then go back to the same place after quitting and reopening Quicken and selecting 'Connect Account.'
