Is QW27.1.37.65MPatch.exe legitimate?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Logging into Quicken today, the update QW27.1.37.65MPatch.exe was offered in an unusual pop-up window. I downloaded it and installed it. It appeared legitimate. But I worry that could be a type of supply-chain hack. Anyone listening today from Quicken?
