Quicken from Quicken - new users only

I went to order the new quicken from Quicken.com and it looks like the discounted rate is for new users only. Is this the case or can I use it as a contiuning user?

    discounted rates are for NEW users - as defined as NOT having an existing current  Quicken ID established.

    Once you have purchased Quicken subscription, subsequent purchases are just extensions to your subscription and you are eligible to get updates to the software.
    The "New User" clause is just a discounted rate for Quicken Ids that have never used Quicken subscription previously.
