batch editing a category?

I'm sure I'm missing the obvious, but how do I specify a category for a recurring (and presently uncategorized) expense so that this change is applied to *all* such entries in my register -- not just the one I've edited. For example, I'd like to specify "utilities" for all entries associated with my power bill.

    Try using Find and replace (CTL-H) looking at payee, and then choosing replace category for the ones that show up.

    I was hoping for something more user-friendly -- like when you edit a payee and Quicken gives you the option to apply the change to all past references to this payee. But thank you nonetheless!
