No Transactions in Quicken Mobile app for Mac.

Quicken Mac 2017 Member
Every account says "You have no transactions". Reset the Cloud Account in Connected Services and all I get when I log back in to Quicken mobile on the iPhone 13 Pro Max is a wheel turning endlessly. iOS 15.2.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, please follow the instructions provided below.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Mobile & Web
- Select "Reset your cloud data"
- Type yes then click reset
- Quicken Jade1
