Check Number Field not populating in Quicken.

Quick Question for the Community:

When you download your transactions from your bank checking account does the check number ever appear in the Quicken Check Number Field?

Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize for the confusion, but to clarify there should be a check number in the appropriate field if the transaction was made using a check.

    There is currently an open alert for this issue that could be correlated with what you are experiencing. At the moment the alert is addressing Quicken for Mac users but we are still investigating on the windows side. Could you please submit a problem report? To do this select Help >Report a problem.

    THX for the reply... sent a bug report again..  No check numbers populating in the Check Number Field since Sept. of 2020.  Been trying to get this corrected for over a year now. Was wondering if my bank is the only one having this issue or is it more widespread ? My bank (Bank of Oklahoma) says it is a Quicken Issue???
