My Citi credit card was compromised and a new card was issued. I set-up the new card in quicken and linked it to my Citi account. I have tried to stop the down-loads for my old card but quicken tells me I must contact the credit card company. The credit card company tells me there are no links to my old card, but I can't stop the down loads. Any ideas as to how I can stop the down-loads?

Quicken does not tell you must contact the credit card company. Quicken is simply attempting to alert you that, if your financial institution is charging you for access, you will need to contact them so you will no longer be charged.0
