Why did Quicken STARTER stop downloading transaction information in the memo column?

The transaction information ie Internet Bill Pay 000000999999 creditcard used to appear in the memo column. Recently, it doesn't show up. I use this information to match related transactions, such as when I get a deposit and match it up to another transaction like when I transfer the funds to another account. How can I get it back?

Thank you for your response. I use the quicken starter version and I don't see the box you highlighted. Is there any other way to update the memo when downloading? In my columns section, I have the column downloaded memo on my register.0
