Is DirectConnect still supported with Chase? I tried it, but it would not accept my credentials0

Yes, it is supported.
Have you approved the Quicken accessing on this page:
https://secure05c.chase.com/web/auth/dashboard#/dashboard/securityCenter/detail/requestFinancialSoftwareAccess
Also, with a new/different data file/login Chase should have sent you an email telling you to go to the secure messages and approve it, did that happen?Signature:
