downloaded transactions

switched from Windows to Mac and connected to my accounts. I've downloaded transactions but can't get them to populate into my ledger. What am I missing?

    Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience you may have experienced while converting from Windows to Mac. In order to provide further troubleshooting assistance, we will need a little more information about this issue. What banking institution or institutions are you noticing this problem with? What file type are you trying to export or import? What version of MacOS are you using, and what version of Quicken are your working with? Have you tried clicking on the Clear Filters button at the top of the register to see if the transactions appear as they should?
