Do I need Quicken, Home, Business & Rental Property Now?

I was using Quicken Home, Business, and Rental Property for several years. In 2020, I sold of my rental property. Thus, I no longer need Quicken, Home, Business & Rental Property subscription.
My questions:
1. my subscription expires in February and it appears there is no way to downgrade via the link Quicken supplies. How would I purchase a non-Rental Quicken version?
2. what Quicken version should I purchase?
3. what will happen to all my property category data?

- I suggest Quicken Deluxe.
- The property data will persist but you'll not have access to the Business & Rental Property, or Premier functionality.
