Error installing update

Hello, I have a problem installing this update: R37.66. After it downloads I get this error..

AN Error Occurred.
The update failed to install
The process cannot access the file...........\MigrationTool.exe because it is being used by another process.

I have tried rebooting and a few other things but keep getting this error.

Any ideas?

    If you haven't already, I suggest you temporarily disable the anti virus or anti malware program while you apply a Quicken update.
