Traditional IRA account missing transactions since January 10 2022

Schwab account. Account type is 'Traditional IRA'. Downloads worked on January 10 but not since. Tried to manually add transactions with correct date as seen in StreetSmartedge but the transactions disappeared from the register after pressing enter.

    If you haven't already, you may want to verify that the register is sorted appropriately: left click on the Date column title (For oldest first, you want the arrow just to the right of Date to point up).
