Add New Security - System freezes

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I'm using Quicken vR37.67, build 27.1.37.67.
My operating system = Windows 10 Home (64 bit).
I have been trying to add a new security. The wizard clocks. See attached image.
The symbol "T" = AT&T.

Thank you for choosing to come to the Community with your questions and concerns, though I apologize you are having difficulties adding a security.
I tried recreating this issue in my own Quicken and I was unsuccessful in doing so.
Do you have something that could be blocking Quicken from accessing the internet? Check for things like a VPN, Anti-Virus, Firewall. I would disable them one by one and try adding the security after each one is disabled to see if one of them is causing this issue.
