Register > dropdown Managing Payee List - fix

User friendly suggestion.

1.  When I click on managing the payee list so I can fix a memorized list, quicken should go to a starting point of the list that agrees or close to what the payee is in the register.

So if my payee says "bank of america" and I click managing payee list, then quick should pop up that memorized list starting with "bank of america", so I don't have to scroll or search for it to fix.

    If you select a payee in the register that is a memorized payee, and then Ctrl+T it will take you to that memorized payee in the memorized payee list.
