Capital One credit card - Quicken pulls in duplicate transactions

The current version of Quicken is pulling in duplicate transactions from Capital One credit cards. Somebody needs to fix this.

    Curious, have or are you resetting/re-activating One Step Update between downloads that are showing dups?
