Can a memorized payee have varing amounts? Also Categoeirs automatically entered

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I have deposits automatically sent to Bank account and I want the deposit to reflect the category automatically. I want payees to be remembered to the correct categfory but the amounts will be different.

The memorized payee transaction has an amount but it isn't fixed.
