How to Delete ONLINE Payees- "Help" directions to not work.

I need to delete two ONLINE payees. How do I accomplish that when the Quicken Help directions do not work?

    Answer ✓
    If you are referring to online billers, I suggest you open Bills or Bills, Income & Transfers view on the Bill & Income tab, select the gear icon at the upper right and Manage Online billers.

    If you are referring to online payees, I suggest you select Tools > Online Payee List, select the payee, press the Ctrl key and select Delete.
