Reconcile a bank checking account

I recently started to use the Quicken onl line for Windows since I was going to be away.
I went to reconcile my bank checking account but find no icon to do so. I saw in a Q&A that Control R then Control Shift E takes you to the reconciliation startup site. It does not for me. How do I reconcile??? Help!

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this difficulty. To clarify are you trying to find a way to reconcile your accounts through Quicken on the web? Or are you attempting to find how to reconcile on your Quicken desktop app? 

    Please clarify so that we may be able to provide you with the proper guidance.
