How to create a report to list all uncategorized transactions (Quicken Deluxe R37.67)

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to create a report to show all my uncategorized transactions, but I am having trouble doing this. Would anyone be able to write the steps to do this? Thanks!

    Reports > Spending > Income and Expense by Category.  Make sure all Accounts, at least all spending Accounts, are selected, pick your reporting period.  Under the Categories tab clear all Categories except Uncategorized.
