Why do some voided transactions show up in the missing checcks report and others don't?

When I generate a missing check report, some voided transactions appear as missing and others do not. Even if they're voided, they shouldn't show up in the report. What am I doing wrong?

    It sounds like the missing voided transactions are being filtered from the report.  I suggest you review your settings for the report: press Alt + C   For example, the missing transactions may be outside the specified date range.

    Just figured it out. I had been choosing "payments" only in the advanced tab. It seems obvious. But "all transactions" should be chosen, evidently quicken considers a voided check, (with no amount entered) as a deposit. Who knew?
