Credit Card Register

I am using Quicken for Windows 10. I have a credit card register. The card was compromised and replaced. How can I incorporate the new card using the original register.

    Disconnect the existing account from download.  Exit Q and restart Q.  Change the account number on the account and re-connect for download.
    After all, to you it's pretty much the same account.
