Can't download USAA credit card transactions

USAA has given me the "special" Quicken login and pin but when I type them in and press connect, I am re-dirrected to the Accounts screen in quicken w/o any further comments. This has been going on for at least 1 1/2 months. HELP. I can't download my USAA credit card transactions.What's happening? How can this be fixed?
