quicken will not connect with Wells Fargo

I can connect to wellsfargo.com on line. The same username/password will not connect thru quicken

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For example, are you getting any error messages/codes? Also what instance of Wells Fargo are you attempting to connect your accounts with? 

    Please elaborate so that we may provide guidance.
