CapOne credit card online balance wrong

The online balance provided in the CapOne credit card web connect .QFX file download is incorrect.

First screenshot is from the CapOne website, the second is from the Quicken OFXlog (Help menu) and the third is from the downloaded .QFX file.

This is obviously a mistake on CapOne since they are the one that is creating the .QFX file.  It may only be .01, but it is wrong.

This has nothing to do with all of the One Step Update issues that other users are reporting, just plain old incompetence on CapOne's fault, but then it might explain why they are having OSU issues, incompetence.

BTW, the account in Quicken agrees with the image from the website.
