I keep getting "update failed to install, The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w1359\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process"

    I suggest you disable your anti virus program while you update Quicken.
