What is error code OL-312-A?

I have Direct Connect with my bank, but I get error code OL-312-A when I do an online transaction in Quicken between two accounts at my bank. My bank says I have to do the transfer on their web page which defeats the purpose of Direct Connect.

    Having support for the Direct Connect connection method does not mean the financial institution accepts the online transfer instructions.  As the bank has told you they don't support the functionality, my guess is the OL-312-A error code means the bank doesn't support the functionality.
