ibought Quicken Delux. i have Q Starter. How do I ubdate the starter

i just bought Quicken Delux and i want to be sure the Starter data is transferred. How do i proceed

    If you have already have upgraded the subscription associated with your Quicken ID, when you open a Quicken file associated with the Quicken ID, you should have the Deluxe functionality.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-manage-my-quicken-subscription

    Sometimes it's necessary to coerce Quicken into reloading the rights by resetting the Quicken ID associated with the file: 
    1. Select Edit > Preferences...
    2. Select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    3. Select Sign in as a different user
    4. Enter yes 
    5. Select Sign Out
    6. Sign in with the your Quicken ID
