I presently use Deluxe R38.29. Can I upgrade to Home & Business?

    Yes, you can upgrade to H&B.  Just go to: "Help" > "My Quicken Account" > then - in the "Subscriptions" box - click on the "Manage" link > then you should be able to upgrade your subscription.
