Why is USAA not listed in the listed accounts under "Search your financial Institution"

I'm getting a "No Results Found" when I attempt to add USAA as a financial institution

    If you're not seeing the same, the implication is that you may have a bad FIDIR.TXT file maintained in the hidden \ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\LocalWeb\Banklist\2019 folder.  To coerce Quicken to download a fresh FIDIR.TXT file: select Tools > Online Center, press Ctrl and select Contact Info, check Download FI list, and select Refresh
