Scheduled Transactions don't match downloaded transactions

Why don't scheduled transactions match? I have to delete them once the actual transaction is downloaded. This used to work on Quicken Windows, but it does not work on Mac.

Most of the time the downloaded transaction should automatically match with the scheduled transaction as long as the amount is the same and the date is within a reasonable period. When the match doesn't happen, instead of deleting the scheduled transaction, instead drag and drop the downloaded transaction on top of the scheduled one (or vice versa). This will cause a manual match of the transactions and Quicken will learn from this going forward.

Don't see the scheduled transaction in the actual account register? If not, click the tiny clock icon at the top right of the register to adjust the number of scheduled transactions (reminders) that are displayed.

Quicken 6.6.0 on the Mac no longer matches downloaded with scheduled transactions. Drag and drop no longer works.

... and then suddenly D&D started working again. Weird.

... Theory: You must match earlier scheduled transactions before later ones can match. The problem is that Quicken gives no hint about that rule; it just refuses to do the match, displaying a circle with a slash through it. NO is not helpful.
