Exporting from bank website to quicken

I am trying to download all bank transactions from 1/1/2021 - 12/31/2021 to Quicken. I am exporting to a quicken qfx file. However, I only got from 11/9/2021 to 3/1/2022. I have tried numerous times over a 3-week period. I did this last year and got everything.

    If the QFX file does not contain the transactions, I suggest you contact the financial institution.  They're responsible for the content of the file.

    There are a variety of ways to determine if the QFX actually has the transactions.  You may examine the file using a text editor (for example, Notepad).  Alternatively, you may import the QFX file into a temporary new Quicken file: select File > New Quicken File...
