I accidentally purchased a new user renewal key from Best Buy and I can't activate it. It directs me to contact support for help with exchange. However, the support links for phone and chat are not working. How can I get help with this issue?

    Make sure that you don't have pop-up blockers enabled in your browser when you try connect to Quicken support.
