All Transactions are accurate but none of the balances are correct

All my transactions show up accurate in quicken, however the balances never update. How do I fix this

    By "all of the transactions are accurate" I assume that you've recently reconciled each account. Is that assumption correct?  If not, when did you last reconcile?

    Quicken Starter for MAC. Version 6.6.2
    I've never reconciled, I've never had to. I've used Quicken starter for household transactions for 6+ years and this is the first time this has ever happened

    I'd suggest that you pull out your old statements and reconcile month-by-month until the error is found.  Because there IS an error someplace ... and only a month-by-month will find it.
    You might be able to go back and compare the early years on a yearly basis, or maybe even 2/28/22 back to the beginning of time.  But I'm not certain that will find the error.
