Unable to download Fidelity NetBenefits - was able to download prior to Fidelity changes

The interface is now different for Fidelity NetBenefits and there is no connection available to that url from the list. Fidelity has changed format and you are now prompted outside US or inside before it will allow you to login and I believe this is causing an issue.

    I am sorry to hear about this problem with account downloads. Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community.

    What kinds of symptoms are you noticing when attempting to download transactions or update accounts, exactly? Are you noticing a particular error message? Also, when did this issue begin, and are you able to connect with any of the URLs associated with any of the 'instances' in the financial list?

    We don't know what you mean....
    Quicken has it's own internal info for getting connected to Fidelity Net Benefits -

    so not sure what you are referencing....
    Out Fidelity Netbenefits 403b Quicken Account appears to connect and function normally...

    I spoke with Fidelity. Originally, the accounts all appeared under and were downloaded via the fidelity.com investment site. That has recently changed and you have to now use the NetBenefits site. Also, netbenefits.com is the site Fidelity gives to download your information, not 401k.com. When I spoke with Fidelity tech support, they said there were intermittent issues. For example, my 529 and my 401k balances and holding were combined, so I had to delete the accounts and reload the history.

    I've had both Fidelity Investments and Fidelity NetBenefits accounts for years ... and I've always had them set up under those names in Q.
    And, my 401k info, available only at NetBenefits, never downloaded from my Investments account.
    And when you login at the 401k.com page, it re-directs you to the Netbenefits page.  So either works.

    I have the same problem. 403b info transferred fine prior to today.

    Just to clarify -
    I just logged into my Fidelity online website account -
    and with a single online access to the website - I can see my IRA, Roth, and 403b -
    BUT - the Quicken software uses it's own internal access configuration and website access -
    as shared below - notice the "Fidelity Investments" entry does not have the 401k "feature" - as does the "NetBenefits" ...
