Reconcile/Balance Adjustment Causes Grey Characters

For whatever reason my Truist checking account was off by $2000 and I did an Online Reconcile causing a balance adjustment to be entered. All of my transaction entries changed to grey characters. How do I get back to the normal black font.

Normally reconciled transactions do turn to a shade of gray so if you're speaking only about reconciled transactions then I'd say "that's normal." Are you saying that every entry in the register, including future-dated entries and entries that are cleared but not reconciled are now grayed out?

All of the past are greyed out. I feel it is less comfortable to read. Since I did it this morning I do not have future transactions to view. There is no reason for the grey since the reconciled column is marked as such.0

There is a preference you can set to either gray the reconciled transactions or leave the default black. Have a look through preferences.
