Unable to update Version R40.13 Build 27.1.40.13

I am currently running Premier Version R40.13 Build 27.1.40.13. It says an update is available and when I try to update, it says that the latest version is already installed. See attached screenshot.

    R40.13 is the latest general release.  This morning, there was a R40.21 staged release that was pulled when it was presenting the users with an old alert.
    So, you are on the latest release with R40.13, ignore the message that something newer is available.
